DO NOT TRUST Would give less than one start if possible. My family and I have strong reason to believe that this business will, on occasion, swap out customers' jewelry brought in for repair with a lesser quality and less valuable piece. Will never do business with these mall people ever and I advise you to do the same. The staff also verbally assaulted my sister when she confronted them, yelling at her in front of everyone to "get out!" and that "you can't play me, I'm the player!" Very rude and unprofessional!
