I bought a very expensive Breitling watch from them and they gave me a 2 year warranty. Well the watch kept losing time and they said to send it back and they would repair it. I had to pay for shipping both ways and the watch still had the same problem. They said to send it back again and I did, paid for the shipping again and it still continued to lose time. Their excuse was that something was effecting it in shipping. I then sent it to Breitling and they told me there was moisture in the watch which had rusted some of the ... read more

I have been a customer for almost 10 years. I have bought watches, jewelry and even my wife's engagement ring. They are truly a pleasure to work with!!

fraudelant experience be careful I ordered a necklace for my wife's bday, had an acceptable price sent down my bank check and was informed a few days later that the piece was sold to someone else. My wife had been excited over this piece only to be disappointed in not being able to get it. The only thing worse would have been not getting my money back. bad store bad attitude don't go there I went there to buy a very expensive Breitling Emergency Watch that I found through Ebay. Because it was such an expensive piece I went over and wanted to see it first. In the beginning they where nice, promised me a 2 year warranty. Guess the freq box what is a mayor part of this Emergency Watch was broken. I contacted Breitling, had to return it and send it in and Breitling repared it for free, Than Jewels in Time wanted to charge me $ 150,00 just for sending it in. Of course I didn't ... read more
