I have been customer for this company since 1985 and never had any problem with him. The company is very reliable and is one of the top 5 companies in Honolulu that stayed in business since i know them. I had a very similar incident with this business. I went in just to have a pin replaced in a watch band, male owner quoted a price of $15-$20, we agreed on $15 and he wrote me a receipt with the work requested and the price of $15. When I went to pick up the watch the female working there told me that the watch needed a battery so they put one in and the charge is now $20 plus tax.
