I did not have a jeweler that I trusted and I walked in while waiting for my phone at the nearby Verizon store. Walked out over a period of a few days with some of my jewelry being repaired and a new ring, as the diamond had fallen out of my wedding ring. They are upfront, kind and honest and I am so happy that we have become friends and I can trust them with my jewelry and my decisions. Alan and Nasrin are the best! 🩷
ALAN MADE ME CRY. First, let me say. The woman behind the counter was very, very nice. A few weeks ago, I dropped my engagement ring on a porcelain tile floor. Because of the way my prongs are, occasionally the stone will get loose. A few times while living in south OC, we've had to bring it in to our local jeweler there to have the prongs tightened (better safe than sorry) without issue.
