Brought in a Micheal Kors watch and asked the man working there to help close my watch. He looked at me and rudely said he charges 10cad and I told him, it was okay. After several tries, he couldn’t close it and insisted severally that I had opened it the wrong way while he struggled to close it. I told him my hubby had used a simple watch opener to open it. He then told me to go try Heinrich store because it was hard to close the watch due to how I had opened it and he did not want to break my watch screen. I left the store... read more

We got our marriage licence here and had the most amazing experience. The workers were genuinely interested in our story and took the time to know us. We came back a couple weeks later to get our wedding bands and it was the owner who helped us this time. Once again, the service was amazing and he went above and beyond what was expected of him.
