First of all, they call themselves "May's Jewelry" in Sumter Mall. Directly across from the respectable "Kay's Jewelry". Very bad customer service. I purchased a necklace, it pop, payed to get repaired and it was not repaired as promised. The lady with dark hair and mark on the right cheek had the nastiest attitude and thought she was going to yell at me. I don't care if you agree or disagree with a customer you never give attitude or yell at them. All she wanted to keep saying is that it's jewelry it's going to break. Seems like they tryna force you to buy and they are extremely over priced .. ring I bought was 290$ pawn shop said they would give me 30$ for it it was just silver my god retail price is insane compared to the sell price wouldn’t recommend going there

Absolutely had no issues prior until today. I feel like i was racially profiled. I canceled a layaway that they could not find. Then she informed that i already used my store credit. She additionally requested and wrote down my DL number
