The Jewelry works has been my jewelry store for almost 25 years now. I don't live in the area but Bill is my go to guy. He is the kindest most honest jeweler I have ever known. The service and quality I have received there keeps me coming back. He has made my wedding ring and several of my family members also. He is the jeweler my daughter chose to get her wedding rings from for her upcoming wedding also. The Jewelry works is the best.
To be completely honest, there is no other store that compares. Jewelry Works is one of a kind. I've personally shopped here three times, and I'd never go to a different place. The main man Bill knows exactly what you need because he's had years upon years of jeweler expertise. He knows what his customers want and he makes it happen.
Bill (owner of the Jewelry Works) is one of the nicest, most honest people I know! He's the only one I trust in the state to take care of my wedding ring! Highly recommend for jewelry purchase or repair if you live in Durango or are passing through!
If your looking for fine original jewelry, this is a great place to shop. The owner and Jeweler provided the appropriate amount of time and recommendations. Much of the jewelry is designed and build by his father and him. Great selection of stones and original designs. My wife had looked for several years to fine the "right" ring for her unusual hands (large knuckles small hands). The jeweler helped to find an appropriate fire Agate that was very unusual and had lots of color.
10$ to take out links on watch when had seen free to other customers. If u don't look like u are there to spend money expect a tough experience
