My middle diamond was a little loose and where my husband bought the ring is no longer in business. I took it to Matt- he tightened it up, cleaned it and had me on my way in less that 15 minutes!!! (Did I mention he did this for nothing... Nada...0.00) The ladies in there are SO friendly and willing to help. I will definitely go back for my future jewelry needs!
Matt and his staff are amazing!! Always so friendly and helpful!!! He did an amazing job on my daughter's engagement ring a couple of years ago and just created an amazing anniversary necklace for me!!! Without a doubt TJE is Cookeville's #1 jewelry store!!!
Matt is awesome! He has done several repairs for me. Once I took in something that another store was going to charge me over a $100 to fix. When I showed it to him and told him what they said and their price, he said there's nothing wrong with it. He does great work and is an honest guy!
