We had a fraudulent charge on our card back in the summer and our suit is ongoing. This business has been absolutely ZERO help and horribly RUDE. All other businesses in Eureka were extremely helpful so we were completely shocked at the disrespect from the owners of the Jewelry Shop. I would definitely shop somewhere else if you are ever in Eureka. Customer service is ridiculous! BUYERS BEWARE!!!

This place was great! My husband and I had two candles made, and the ladies working were super friendly and gave us plenty of information on the burn of the dog candles and their wooden wicks, including a sheet to take home. The candles smell AMAZING and they’re great at helping you pick out scents! We will definitely get more when we get to come back to Eureka Springs!
I’m from Las Vegas and I love all organic and natural material/ingredients .. I was a tourist walking into this shop loving everything.. when I saw that you can make your own soy candle my eyes lit up.. There was a woman all by herself operating the store .. She was so helpful and beautiful with her 😁purple hair.. One of my favorite stores in eureka and always friendly.
I promise...... next time....I'll pick something up for friends for Christmas. But then again..... I really love those cuffs!!!! :) I had a wonderful time and....I'm bringing the boyfriend with me next weekend :)
I made my own candle with oils and soy wax. I wanted to just have a good experience, but it went beyond that. I came back to my cabin, and lit the candle. He was very informative and told me the wick may be difficult to light at first, so I expected that. Once the excess wick burned off, the smell of the candle I created was wonderful! It has been burning about 2 hours now, and the wax has not liquidated and burned off quickly. You get to name your scent, which I didn’t expect, so I just put ‘smell good.’ Ha!
