My husband recently took me shopping here, and we had such a wonderful experience. The entire staff was professional, kind, and very attentive. Monica was especially amazing—she listened to what I was looking for, worked within our budget, and helped us find the perfect pieces. I never felt rushed, just genuinely cared for. I came to this store because my fiancé told me they did a good job on a repair to our daughter's necklace that had broken. I came in and waited to be helped as they were busy. I continued to wait while they finished up with other customers.
