I have been there several times for sizing and cleaning. I always get great service and they really know what they're doing. I went to Newstar Jewelers across the street to get a price on sizing a ring and they told me if it could be done it would be $100-$200 and would take 1-2 weeks. So, when I went to Ross N Rio's they told me it would be no problem to take care of it. I paid $45 and they got it back to me the very next day. I was blown away!
Now Called PRECIOUS FINE JEWELRY! ....VERY DISPLEASED WITH SERVICE.. Brought my 5K $ watch in for repair of second hand and small pin. They took over a week to get a response and continued delay with service.. They were unable to fix the second hand, and returned my watch with small scratches on the interior face and a small hair like foreign object lodged in my watch between the glass and face...
