I cannot say enough good things about these fine folks. I had an issue with my wife's wedding ring, and thought I'd have to break the bank to get it fixed. I explained my situation to Tom, who assured me everything was going to be ok. They fixed the Ring in very short order, and the cost was well below what I expected.
