Bought an engagement ring. Eveything went great and my fiance is extremely happy with the ring. About a week after my 30 days, a stone fell out. They don't replace stones falling out and said it would cost $85 to fix, but would have to ship the ring back and wait. If the stone had fallen out within the 30 days, I would have returned it for a full refund, but since it fell out at day 37, there is nothing they can do. Ordered 2 different times and each time they didnt have what I ordered. Sent a simple text each time with the same exact words. Wont be telling anyone about this place.
