I highly recommend the Jewelry Gallery in Fishers. Amy and Sharon provided great customer service and helped me make a decision with absolutely no pressure. Jewelry stores and salespeople always intimidate me but this was a fun, relaxing experience. I had heard great reviews from a few friends which is how I found this place. Remember a time when we had neighborhood jewelers you could trust to price reasonably and not short change on quality so they can make more money? I FOUND ONE!!! They are priced below any other jeweler in the area, yet their quality matches or exceeds all others. They want to educate the public on quality and material. They waned me to know what I was buying and how it stacks up with other jewelers because they put a premium on trust and building loyalty. Amy and Sharon are SO helpful and patient. Excellent customer service. My mom and I purchased a ring from The Jewelry Gallery for an amazing price & each took a stone from it to re-set into something else. They helped us find exactly what we were looking for & gave us a great deal on the new pieces. We will definitely be going back!
I was only in for a quick battery replacement for two watches, but Amy and Sharon were fantastic. They took care of me right away and the friendly/welcoming atmosphere was a nice change compared to what I’ve experienced at other places. Thank you guys, I’ll be back soon.
The Peridot ring my boyfriend got me in 2016 is amazing. I have never seen such a beautiful piece of jewelry. Now I need a necklace and earrings to match.
