Kelly and her family are the best in the jewelry business! They genuinely care about their customers and want them to be overly satisfied with their purchase and love it for a lifetime. Kelly helped my husband design my engagement ring and bands (when she was 9 months pregnant none the less!) and thank goodness she did because I adore them and know that they were made with extreme care. I won't go anywhere else for fine jewelry except the jewelry exchange! Thanks for all you do Kelly!

I have done business with several jewelry stores over the years, but I must say no one compares to the Jewelry Exchange when it comes to price and great customer service! The service and attention to detail I have received from Kelly Smith is truly second to none, she made my engagement ring search a awesome experience! I can be very hard to please, but she went above and beyond, and because of that she has a customer for life!
