I have bought and had many pieces of jewelry repaired and sized by Ulises. I refuse to go to another Jewler. The fine detail work that he does on each piece is exemplary. Highly recommended
I went to Ulises and got the best customer service. I needed my ring resized. They not only resized my ring, polished it and made me fall in love with my ring all over again. Total $55.00 I am not sure if that is the normal charge, but I am a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER. Thank You Joe for your wonderful customer service.
This is a great shop – In my experience this is a great shop. I have been going there 6 or 7 years. Everytime the work was done on time, the quality was exelent and the people where friendly and very knowlageable. I have recomended them to many family members and we are all happy with their work. Jewelry By Ullses is located on 3527 West Thunderburd Road in Phoenix. While I was on business, I went in this little store. It is very quaint, but the prices are unreal. The sales persons were all helpful, without being pushy. I end up buying a necklace and a bracelet. I got them appraised once I got back to Alabama. THey were worth more than I paid. Honest and fair jeweler – I brought a ring I needed resized and they did a good job. In fact, one of my pets just chewed up a gold earring and I am hoping they can fix it. Also, I need to sodder together my mother's wedding ring set so I'll be doing that as well. Prices are very fair and they are HONEST.
