I got two rings resized with Kathy and would definitely go back in the future. Extremely cozy shop for one! Very welcoming vibes. Very informative and open about the processes of resizing and time estimates. She said mine would take two weeks and it too almost exactly that amount of time. She called when they were done and I picked up a few days later. There was a slight mishap in the price quoting but she was very accommodating when I brought it to her attention.
