This place is a true gem if you’re looking for enthusiast and entry-level luxury timepieces. They have arguably the best Seiko collection you’ll find and the Citizen watches that you actually want to buy. If you’re looking for an entry point to Swiss watches, their Tissot collection is robust, with many automatic and quartz offerings. Most importantly, the folks that own and run the place are super friendly and helpful. I wanted to write a review thanking Danny For taking his time and showing me a bunch of different watches and explaining different features with no sales pressure on me whatsoever! He also magically set the time properly on my Casio Edifice watch that nobody else could figure out.
Horrible customer service! Very sketchy place!! They lie straight to your face about their product and policy. There are many other stores in this mall that I’d rather shop. Any store besides this actually. They are not even BBB accredited. LOL pathetic!

Went here to see about getting a simple pin replaced in my bracelet. They charged me a 3rd of what those fast fix ppl were asking for and got the job done in 30 mins. The competition wanted an entire day. They even fixed the clamp on the bracket as it was a bit loose without me asking or charging me. I’d go back here anytime I need a repair or am in the market for new jewelry. Can’t beat reasonably priced & honest
