Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! Broke my watch while replacing a battery and then refused to pay for repair.
Great Customer Service and Fair prices. I went in and had a new watch resized and purchased a battery for my current watch that I thought I could fix (change battery) myself. The cost was super fair! I went a bit too small on the resize (it was for a friend) and could not put the battery in myself for my watch. I went back a week later to have a link put BACK into the new watch and the battery put into my other watch...and wasn't charged, since I was returning with the same items, simply due to my mistake.
