Larry handles all my jewelry repairs, he puts batteries in my watches and makes sure all my jewelry (especially my wedding rings & anniversary rings) are cleaned properly and the settings are not loose. He is a wonderful jeweler who knows his craft. We was told two different things and wasted money getting my husband's wedding band resized. Would have been nice if they offered to help us out in any way. Told us we would have to pay another $26 to get it resized again. We won't be back there.
I cannot say enough good things about the people here! They are always so willing to help and offer advice! We bought my wedding band here for a great deal and haven't stopped going back since! James is a pleasure to work with! If you need repair or a new product they can do it!
I have had several repairs, cleanings, stones changed out, rings resized- the list goes on & on--- i love the knowledge & the expertise I've been giving from James, Donna Sue & cornbread's (Chris's) grandmother- who's name i cant remember & i do apologize for that... I don't even bother going out of town, i know that THE JEWELRY BOX can take care my jewelry, WORRY FREE.. Thank you so much!!
