There was a miscommunication with ring alternations but they did everything in their power to resolve the issue. It seemed like an honest mistake. The jeweler they employ is obviously very experienced and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Their pricing was far more reasonable than some of the other places in Lewis County. The work they did was fantastic and despite the hiccup, I will definitely be using them for all my future jewelry alterations. Highly recommend.
They fixed a broken link on a necklace with great care and efficiency. The turnaround time was impressively fast, and the pricing was very reasonable. I would gladly use their services again and highly recommend them.
