Efficient, personal and excellent service. I was so impressed with her professionalism and knowledge, which were matched by her clarity, and backed up by sound advice and referrals. She went quickly but never rushed, and even took time to clean a few of my items to bring them back to their rightful glory. Even though my collection was small, it felt important to her. She loved hearing the background of some of the items, and the whole experience was very positive.
