Had the hot brown and it was excellent again as always. Like the catfish and the prime rib, too. The service is great. Well worth a little drive along the river.
I love Jewell's and would like to try everything on the eclectic menu. I recently had the fried green tomatoes and potato soup, yum, and brought an order of shrimp and grits home. I'll get two meals from that, and it's my favorite. If it was closer, I'd eat at Jewell's at least once a week.
Ordered the Veggie Delight and it was fabulous. I love going here for lunch when I'm close by. Great food and service.

Great food! I have had their food many times, but it was my first time in the restaurant. We will be back!
Both my wife and I had Prime Rib, it was cooked to our request and the sides were delicious. It was our first time and definitely will not be our last. If you don't want to wait, go early as this is a well kept secret dining place. Also, don't leave without their bread pudding, if you cant eat it there, do what we did and take it home.
The food is awesome! Priced right! Just don't care for ordering at the register!
