I am not sure where to begin. For at least the last 10 years, if not longer, we have been customers and then friends of Varouj and Susan. It started with a desire to have some old family jewellery repaired, re-sized and in some cases, modified. I always find it interesting when you have dealt with a company, always had excellent service yet when you look at their reviews where 99% are fantastic - 1 person gives them a 1 star review. How does that happen - and why? Makes no sense to me. Five Star Service. went to have my wife's wedding ring stone reset, and wow. Varouj not only helped fix the piece, but offered his expert opinion on how the repair could actually enhance the look of the piece. Had a gold band wedding ring resized, and now it fits perfect after not being able to wear for a year. Also had a white gold necklace clasp repaired at the same time. Fast, Professional and Courteous. Varouj is the man.
