Long time friends of Nate and his family. As a customer I strongly recommend using the creative ability of Nate when looking for a special piece of jewelry. One of my favorite pieces purchased back in the mid eighties gets looks and questions every time I wear it. (A road racing motorcycle charm.) Around one year earlier (2011) I purchased my son's and his fiance Wedding Bands to match as close to the Engagement Ring. Very helpful and perfect match! Sadly to say they continue to delay a date so my husband and I were in town and stopped in and inquired on possibly a Credit for maybe future purchases and that's exactly what the owner recommended. Such a delight to have hometown friendly businesses that still exist. Thank You Kenna, WV

Can count on them Been in this store several times, won't work on my jewlery. Won't appraise my jewelery, only what they sell! Too independent for me, they have so much busines, they choose who they want to serve? Won't be back!
