Brothers Garen and Khoren are gentlemen in the true sense of the word. I requested an engagement ring just four days prior to leaving on a trip. Khoren flew to Los Angeles to make it happen. I am writing this Review so that others do not fall victim to this unscrupulous business. Unfortunately, even with a signed consignment agreement with Ritz Jewelers I am out over $46,000 they did not pay me nor did they return the merchandise. Ritz breached the consignment agreement two years ago when they sold my merchandise without paying me, yet promissory note, after promissory note, they never followed through.
