I recently purchased a ring and when I got home and took the tag off of it, the ring fell apart. It was a puzzle ring and I was unaware that it was a puzzle when I purchased it. I spoke with the woman who sold it to me the next time I visited Gettysburg and she was very nice and told me to bring it in and she’d gladly exchange it for something else since it was impossible to put back together.
