We will no longer be going to Jewelers Choice for repair work. This is the third time we have used them, and it was fine the first time. The second time was ok, but this last time was the worst. When this was dropped off, we were told a new part was going to be used and welded. It was a surprise to see that there was no new part just a very expensive bad weld on an old part. Will need to have this work redone someplace else.

I love doing business with a family business, but even better then that, they do quality, timely work as well as a variety of repair work.

All I can say is WOW! these guys are amazing! I was so impressed by their knowledge and professionalism I had a great experience! I had a ring passed down to me from my great great grandma and needed it resized. The gentleman kindly informed me how much it was worth, what I had, & sized it beyond perfect for me! I go there whenever I have any jewelry work that needs to be done and all my girlfriends do as well!!

We had some titanium eyeglasses repaired at Jewelers Choice, and the technician/owner did an excellent job. The price was fair and the turnaround time was very good. I would take my jewelry there.
