My son is in the Air Force out of state and his fiancé is here in TN. John and Sherri went above and beyond to help my son not only purchase a beautiful engagement ring and wedding band set, but they worked long distance with him to make sure he not only got the best price, but was still able to completely surprise his fiancé. Their customer service and passion to serve their customers surpasses any other jeweler. They put their personal touch on each purchase!
I have purchased several items from John and Sherri and have always been treated with respect and as a priority. The prices are always the best and the quality of their jewelry is excellent. I have pondered whether or not to leave a review, but I feel in my heart, that my experience warrants one. The only reason I am even leaving a 2 star review (rather than a 1 star) is because my rings are beautiful. My husband's grandmother passed away last Monday and we have all been left completely devastated.
