Best prices! Best service! Great people! – Thanks for helping me find the best price on my recent engagement ring purchase. I went to a jeweler who will go unnamed. That jeweler said they were the Diamond destination in Birmingham.They said they could match or beat any jeweler in town because they were a diamond site holder. Must Disagree- Wonderful Hometown Jewelry Store!!!! – I must disagree with the last post. I moved to Birmingham/Hoover this past May and took items to Jewelers 3 for repairs. They were quick (within 2-3 days) and the service was wonderful! They were very helpful! I have been back many times and will continue to use them!
I purchased a ring from Jewelers 3 and took it back to get the prongs tightened. They scratched every prong on every side, the prongs were bent and they chipped the diamond in my ring when the prongs were tightened. I had to argue with them for 20 minutes to get them to polish the scrathes out and straigten the prongs and they would not take responsibility for the chipped diamond. DO NOT use this business. Horrible customer service and horrible workmanship.
I too had an awful experience at Jewelers 3 in Birmingham. The customer service was horrible. I would not recommend anyone trying this business. They should be made accountable for their false advertising.
I totally agree with the above reviews.I purchased a diamond ring and the diamond fell out a few days after I received it. The diamond chipped when it fell out. They refused to replace the diamond and said that it was my fault the diamond fell out. That I must have hit it on something. I didnt hit it on anything. I argued to no avail. The customer service was horrible. Now I am stuck with a chipped diamond and a ruined ring.
