I am so tired of being ripped off by creeps like this. I brought in my $800 spanish watch for a new battery. I was told that it did not need a battery but a cleaning for $60. I said fine. He required that I pay up front. okay. I am told I would get a call in less than a week. 12 days later I get the call and go up there. I have some vision problems and brought the wrong receipt. Dishonest and unreliable – I was told on Tuesday that my ring would be ready on Thursday (yesterday). I went to pick it up today and was told that it "wasn't ready" and could I come back to pick it up later. I explained that it's not easy for me to get there with my 2 kids and he offered to hand-deliver it tonight. until he made a phone call. Careless, uneven work – Did fine job converting pin to pendant, but lost a gemstone and didn't even notice it. Did replace the gemstone when I pointed it out. Also lost a watch crystal when cleaning my watch, and that had to be replaced, also. Some of my pieces were returned scratched or scuffed. Would not use again.
