This pharmacy is always quick to give medications and help sort out problems. The tech Hanna there is super helpful and quick at her job without making any errors! She’s very sweet!!
I never leave reviews, but had to today because of the service I received from this pharmacy. Everyone there was so nice and helpful! The young girl Hanna at the front really went out of her way to make sure my prescriptions were filled fast. I thought my doctor’s office had already called them in but apparently not.
Enjoy rude service? Visit this Osco pharmacy where you’re not greeted with a smile or a hello and if you have any questions or concerns the tech (Hanna) will ignore you. Questions are answered with the fewest words possible. When you check out there’s no “thank you” or “have a nice day” simply “here you go” and your meds are handed to you. Service with a smile ? No not here now that I think about it. Not ever. On the flip side the Jewel/ Osco STORE STAFF are GREAT, friendly and VERY HELPFUL. I enjoy doing my groceries here
