Just watched your butcher walk out of the cooler blowing his nose and then touch the log book, the counter and the display case...no hand wash no gloves
I was here last night around 6:30. Whoever you had restocking your eggs had a box of Kleenex with him. He would take off his mask, with his gloves on, blow his nose and then continue to touch and restock all the eggs. I couldn’t even believe what I was watching. I needed eggs too. Needless to say, I left the store with no eggs. PLEASE STOP YOUR EMPLOYEES FROM COMING IN WITH COLDS!

Just stopped by for a few things. The CASHIER was complaining about the lack of lines open and the amount of customers in their line.
Jewel-OSCO sucks , they are very RACIST, every time I go with my husband and he speaks (he was born and breed here) they treat us fantastic. But whenever I go alone they treat me poorly, very poorly. Today they did it in front of my two daughters, and they were horrified. AND I KNOW it is because of thick Hispanic accent. It has happened to me on occasion before, else where and here. Shame on Jewel on store 4303 ( 1151 S. Roselle rd) From now on I will go to the one in Wood Dale.
I've always had a love-hate relationship with Jewel. Service is good when you can find someone. They keep relocating sections of the store making finding items more difficult than it needs to be. Checkout lines can be long and they never open a register during those times. Fruits and vegetables are good (not great) quality. They have long hours (the one near me is 24 hours for both Jewel and Osco) which makes it convenient to drop in when you need something.
I love Jewel food store. I live in Florida now but when I come to visit this is where I go. You have the best strawberry Swedish Flops!
Very clean and organized. All the employees work hard to get you out quickly. If I like something a specific way, I say so.
