Almost always great customer service! There are 2 especially outstanding employees, I go to the fresh meat counter frequently! The employees, Larry and Michelle always are quick to help and are very pleasant people, even when it's very busy! Thanks Larry and Michelle!!!!
The worst customer service! I used to love Jewel but I'm done with them. I'll be going to Mariano's in future. Editing to elaborate. One issue I that I have is with the store having too many side displays taking up too much space in aisles. I've asked for help in finding items and was told which aisle but not taken there to show me exactly where it's at. The last time I was looking for a particular wine that I am not familiar with the labeling and asked the wine guy, he just said, aisle 15. I couldn't find it. As I was walki... read more
I used to love shopping here. It seems like ever since they "remodeled" the customer service has gone downhill. The people stocking shelves are so rude and take up the aisles while sticking and when you try and squeeze by they don't move or look at you like you're the problem for trying to shop! Last week Sunday a girl working was kicking a crate down the aisle right in my direction as she stared me down. Disgusting! The only reason I'll return is for the bakery. Not to shop.
