Terrible customer service, rude employees and they offer ZERO solutions! I placed an online order and when I arrived to pick it up I was told that they cancelled it. However they never contacted me. I gave them another shot a few months later and when I arrived at the store at my guaranteed pick up time I was told they needed another 30 minutes. That defeats the purpose in ordering online. A variety of great items for great prices. There is always a special of some sort going on and the staff is nothing but friendly.
Multiple occasions purchased expired items!! Disgusting! ( I should of checked better myself, but stilll! )Staff unconcerned about it! After posting a bad review multiple people said it’s happening to them all the time that’s why they have stopped shopping at Jewel! Mariano’s here I come!
