This place gets worse and worse every day, and today is like it’s next month. Consistently out of basic produce items. The produce they do have is poor quality. Never enough cashiers causing long lines. Go to the Mariano’s down the road and save yourself the trouble of being disappointed here.
The parking facilities are great, making it very easy to take my Dad for his groceries. Staff takes a lot of abuse from rude customers. Guy checking out in front of us was very dissatisfied with the paper bags and was very mean to the checkout guy, needlessly. Jewel is a great store serving the area as best they can.
The Chefs Kitchen department at this location is a joke. The staff behind the counter are disconnected and uninterested in providing service. Particularly the p.m shift employees.
If you like bumper cars at an amusement park and a random line for the express lane knee deep in the coffee aisle...this is the place! Sigh! Plus the place REEKS of fried oil.
It would be nice if your alleged manager would put signs on the door when your plastic machines are messed up so people don't waste 30 minutes in the store buying things only to find out at the check out counter from the checker that the machines have been down for a while and they are not taking plastic. Very slip shod way to run a store.
There is never a manager on duty at this store. Employees avoiding their jobs and making customers wait in long lines while they chat and play grab ass. This place is a joke of a grocery store.
This Jewel is not well run at all. There are never enough cashiers so it takes forever to get out and the only thing you hear from the manager is we have everyone. One time it took customers to convince the manager to open another line. My wife waited in line for 45 minutes tonight.
