Unorganized, unprofessional, and chaotic. You shouldn’t have to wait 30mins-1 hour when you’ve made an appt. I had issues with billing as well. I felt like the staff only started being profesional after I wrote a complaint. Even getting my prescription was a mess! They sent it to the wrong place and gave me the run around. The most disorganized obgyn I have ever been to. Even trying to transfer to a different practice has been a nightmare because these clowns won’t fax my records over. Save yourself the trouble and go literally anywhere else.
