TERRIBLE customer service, no communication (left three messages and personally went in twice), office and shop is a total disaster, front end girls have attitudes, and prices doubled......really! CAUTION: this is NOT the JETTRIM former owner Gary Hart founded in 1983 and worked so hard to give the jet ski community and IJSBA the best possible products on the market. Saddened to see the name destroyed. 6/1/2018
Used other products, got JETTRIM on one boat. Now all 5 are done up with JETTRIM. 3 hard season on first boat and still looking great.
Put a big order in from the uk, everything custom made, dispatched and received within 2 weeks, Totally recomend
