Did this pediatrician have good bedside manner and were they well-liked by your child? Yes, and my child likes them Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Did this pediatrician's waiting room have separate areas for "sick" and "well" children? No, they made everyone sit together Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Was this pediatrician friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes

Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Do you trust this pediatrician to always have your child's best interest in mind? Absolutely! I trust them over any other doctor

Yes, they answered my questions Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Did this pediatrician's waiting room have separate areas for "sick" and "well" children? No, they made everyone sit together Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
