This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Their equipment here is safe, well taken care of, and also kid friendly. My child always seem comfortable in their care. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. St... read more
