Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Their equipment here is safe, well taken care of, and also kid friendly. My child always seem comfortable in their care. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often.
