Bought a BMW from Jetset Auto through Bring a Trailer. I worked with Ryan from Jet Set to get the vehicle shipped over to California. Ryan was very easy to work with. Start to finish, everything went smoothly. Received the vehicle quicker than expected. The vehicle arrived in excellent condition, minus just a couple concerns. Ryan was awesome to deal with, came to look at one 911 and ended up with one they had recently got in. He was very forthcoming which is a nice change a pace for dealer interactions. Would definetly return if looking for another car. They delivered the car for me and their delivery driver was also very pleasant. All over a good experience and enjoying the new car.
This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I had searched for a vehicle for months prior to contacting Jetset and my experiences ranged from poor to good. Some had significant hidden fees that were not posted in their internet pricing - and others had very poor communication or were unwilling to divulge some details about the vehicle.
