I was very disappointed about this store in Lawrenceville, ga on Sugarloaf. I called my order in told them I had a coupon, no expiration date. I walked in and handed the coupon to the cashier and he said they could not take it. I spoke with the manager on duty and he said they cannot take it. The coupon I had said spend $10 get $5 off. no expiration date. I walked out and left the pizza I ordered.I will never go back to that location.
Poor service, they suck, told me they'd have it to me in an hour at 815pm and they never showed. It was a 28.00 order. I called at 937 and the imbecile, Cody? Said they had sent out all orders I said well you didn't send mine? He got belligerent w me and wouldn't do anything as it was 10mins from closing. I'm writing Corporate and telling everyone at my school and wherever I can how much they suck.

Excellent Pizza and great customer service
Walked in for a slice...was told that the days special was sausage, pepperoni, and cheese. That sounded perfect. Got home and found cheese, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, and 1 piece of pepperoni. Called to complain about what I received and they hung up on me. Last visit here!!!
I just had the most unpleasant dealing with Jets pizza in Darien. A week or two ago a client came into our studio and gave us 4 free pizza cards for jets. These cards were for only this location and had no stated restrictions on them. Tonight we decided to give the place a try and had our apprentice go to use these coupons. We ordered a chicken barbecue pizza that virtually no cheese. I was a dough pizza. We called to complain because my son works at a different one I spoke to the manager who was extremely rude and was not willing to do anything about it. Don t buy from this Jets order from a different one unless you just want pizza dough for 20 bucks and rude managers
Never had a problem great stuff. and deliveries have always been on time if not before the time the proposed!!!!! Keep it up guy's! Thank you
