Looking at their ads I thought it would be a very fulfilling and exceptional service however to my disappointment it was nothing like that. Miscommunication in the services I requested, mostly just surface cleaning. Apparently they vaccumed and mopped the floors but there was still hair and dust. Had to pay more than what I pay my other cleaner. Won’t be using them again for sure
The cleaning team at Jetlag Remedy have been cleaning our house for a few years now. I am impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. I love that they will make the beds and help to sort the washing if asked. I would recommend them very highly. Our house sparkles after they visit. Eliza and Ed recently did a deep clean of my son’s bedroom. They worked hard and were extremely thorough. They did everything that I asked for and more. I was very pleased with the results.
Excellent cleaning service! Efficient yet affordable. We used it for a monthly clean over a couple of years - highly recommended!
