Worst customer service experience buying an espresso machine ever, in the end I had to request to cancel a placed order, non-responsive team with a lot of attitude. For what, re-selling a good product which is available at dozen other stores, you can keep your measly cost savings, I rather go where I'm given proper attention and a timely response not chase a response and that's buyin a brand new machine, imagine if it were a service request. Thanks but no thanks.
Fantastic personalised service
Your one stop shop for coffee equipment, barista training and supplies. Highly recommend you don’t buy a coffee machine without barista training. Amber was fantastic and my coffee making ability went from below average to, I prefer to make my own coffee at home over buying one at a cafe. Post sales support has also been great, so hard to fault from an end to end experience perspective. If you’re in the market for a new coffee machine, grinder or barista training look no further than Jet Black Espresso.
My wife and I made three trips to Jetblack in Newcastle and each time we were assisted my Dan. Dan was great at explaining all the functions of each machine and also at demostrating how they made coffee and steamed the milk. I went there with a list of my requirements which narrowed down my selection to only a couple of machines.
