It took a couple of visits and much procrastination (my forte……) to finally decide on the right combination for me. Amber and Helen were patient, informed and willing to show me all the options and explain the differences, advantages, disadvantages and made a great cup of coffee too. I had done plenty of research on line prior to my first visit and had pretty much decided on the model for me, but how wrong I was!! Wonderful beginner barista course at Jetblack! Amber was an incredibly experienced barista and wonderfully patient teacher. Highly recommend. Now feel confident to use my machine to make an excellent cup of coffee and I also now how to maintain it. The front end of the store also has many wonderful tools and accessories to buy.
Rowan has been amazing, his knowledge and genuine care for customer satisfaction is outstanding. He even offered email support if I had any difficulties installing parts. Service so good I had to return the next day to say thank you. Loving jet black. Highly recommend
We highly recommend the guys from Jetblack we have just upgraded and bought our second machine from them their customer service is always top notch, highly recommend.
