I popped into Jetblack Espresso in Frenchs Forest after getting back from a camping trip to improve my at-home coffee setup, and had such a great experience thanks to Amber. Wonderful advice & service
I purchased a flow control valve through JetBlack and had issues with a leak after less than 18 months. After disassembling, the cause of the issue was discovered to be failure of the valve stem surface where the o-rings sit, meaning they could not effectively seal. At first JB were helpful in diagnosing the issue, but as soon as I requested a replacement or refund, they have tried to blame not reporting it sooner, a lack of servicing (it was serviced by an ECM dealer at 10 months), and descaling the machine too much (I desc... read more
Recently undertook the barista course (after three years of owning a Lelit machine purchased from Jetblack). I should have done it much earlier as the wealth of experience and tips on making a café-quality coffee were explained and made so easy. (Thanks Amber so much ) Every time from initial purchase to the barista course and phone conversations the staff have been most helpful polite and understanding.
