I bought two top of the line boats from them this spring. Experienced nothing special. Thought it would be best to service them at the same location - I was wrong. They are un-able to perform simple services properly. Took 3 trips = 3 ruined weekends plus time during the week to get simple issues resolved. Poor customer service. Furthermore, boat accessories missing from the boat after leaving the boats with them.
