Great service. In and out after 5 minutes. Very professional and knows what she is doing.
A very disappointing experience here. From the moment I walked in, the staff were rude and impatient, making it seem as though helping customers was an inconvenience. The woman assisting us was especially unpleasant. I couldn't believe how impatient and rude she was toward our 3-month-old baby, which made an already frustrating experience even worse.
I HIGHLY recommend this business if you need a China Visa. The owners obviously have a lot of experience working with the Chinese Consulate and know what they are doing. I discovered in the process of applying for a Visa that they knew important details I would have made mistakes on if I tried to process the online application myself. They made it fast, relatively painless, and also saved me trips to the city from the south bay. Rude and obnoxious behaviour. Absolutely no patience whatsoever and poor quality of service. Go to the store 2 streets away instead.
I saw some negative reviews from previous years. Actually my recent experience (this week) with this place was just the opposite. Both the lady and the guy (Dr. Wu) were super nice. Chinese visa application form can be tedious to fill. They guided me step by step, clear and professional. Highly recommend Jet Visa! My suggestion is that give them a call before going. They can tell what you need to bring, and when is a good time to visit their office.
