I saw some negative reviews from previous years. Actually my recent experience (this week) with this place was just the opposite. Both the lady and the guy (Dr. Wu) were super nice. Chinese visa application form can be tedious to fill. They guided me step by step, clear and professional. Highly recommend Jet Visa! My suggestion is that give them a call before going. They can tell what you need to bring, and when is a good time to visit their office.
AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!! RUDE!!!!! Went in trying to get a passport picture the old Chinese lady with the 1970's hair was completely rude and needs to check her attitude when dealing with customers. She said we don't do and can't help you. Told me to find another agency. The Chinese guy said go away we are busy... There were only 3 people in the store.
