Just get one built using a local company that uses local materials. Can't stress how much we put up with this experience.
Although the materials are of good quality and it looks nice on my home what I ordered and what was installed were not the same. Due to installation issues the awning was 2ft. shorter than what was ordered. When I asked for a reduction in price I was laughed at! Maybe an installer should come out and access the project before installation begins. 2 year update. Still not sure this was a good buy! Very professional team of people. Excellent communication, excellent workmanship, cleaned up after the job was done. We wanted a pergola, but this was a fraction of the cost and will be lower maintenance - and it looks amexcellent!
Thrilled with our new carport! Absolutely worth the wait. Now we can protect our cars from hail and are covered when it is raining. Plus we have a beautiful new covered space for entertaining poolside when we take our cars out of the driveway! The crew was polite, punctual, and conscientious. You get what you pay for, this is actually a carport that people admire. It blends beautifully with our mid century home.
The best company to deal with, we had some doubt about the way it will look. But it did look great. Very contemporary and great team.
