Booked multiple suits never experienced such unprofessional behavior or experience I will never be back to this hotel and I hope everyone chooses to spend their money elsewhere
I don’t ever leave negative reviews , but am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding our recent stay at the MGM Signature rental by Jet Luxury Rental. Upon checking in at MGM Signature suite on October 17, 2023 Tuesday at 3 PM and inspecting our suite, we immediately noticed a strange and unpleasant smell resembling sewage or something similar. Cool place... No smoking of any kind... Good deal on condo... Staff and valet are helpful and extremely courteous... However they do get really busy
