Zero stars if I could. I was lucky enough where I didn't get treated bad when I worked there for the many years. But how management treated the other employees was bad from saying you don't have a future at jet, promises to just make you feel good but never would come true and lack of communication and all the OSHA violations they receive makes for a horrible work environment look somewhere else to work wasted 8 years of my life here. Jet has a horrible lack of communication between there office staff and there techs. And there techs need to learn to properly recap an appointment and notate if a follow is needed. I had to have them come out 4 times to fix a heat pump for the problem to not be fixed. Then I had them come out to look at a mini split and they ran out of time before finding out what the problem was and told me someone would call to schedule a follow up, after a week and a half I decided to call got another tech out who ended up not having eno... read more
