Was treated terribly by one of the doormen. He said he would let me and my three friends downstairs next but said we were too far away and let others down before us. We were on the dance floor about three steps from him.
Fun environment in which you are able to take your girlfriend to. The man at the top of the stairs with the beard was very helpful and made us feel comfortable. We will definitely be back.
The only cool thing about this hotel was how it looked. We booked 2 months prior. They didn't have our reservation when we got here. The TV in our room didn't work and we are now on night 2 with no one doing anything to help fix it. No coffee in the rooms, was told they didn't have any and needed to order some. AND our beds didn't even get made when we left for the day. Save your money and stay at a holiday Inn.

Cute place. Only issue was that it smelled really weird in my room. My flight was cancelled and I needed another room for the night and I chose to move to the Kimpton so I didn’t have to deal with the weird smell again. �
Would really like my money back and a redo for both my dinner and the NYE event. $50 for cover and 4 drinks sounded like a decent gig. We ate dinner at Biergarten, the restaurant in the back of the hotel. We showed up and the only person there was the bartender and another couple who also had a reservation. The bartender said she was relatively new and didn't know what reservations we were talking about. We sat and I had to go get my own menu.
